Nyx Water Proof Eyeshadow Primer (7Ml)

How to Use:

• Apply a small, pea-sized amount to the eyelid using the applicator or fingertip.

• Blend evenly from the lash line to the brow bone.

• Allow the primer to dry completely to a transparent, matte finish.

• Apply your eyeshadow as usual.
