How to Use:

• Use an angled brush to apply the darker mousse side, tracing along the brows and filling gaps.

• Blend with a spoolie by brushing the product through your brow hairs for a natural look.

• Apply a small amount of the highlight crème under the brow arch with your fingertip or a small brush.

• Blend the highlight crème outward for definition and lift.

• Use sparingly — a little goes a long way.
