How to Use:

• Start with clean, bare lips.

• Use the unique puff applicator to apply the product directly to the lips, starting from the center and moving outwards.

• The formula will feel wet at first and then transform into a soft, powdery-matte finish.

• Layer to build intensity. Re-apply as needed.
