How to Use:

• Dip an angled or pointed eyeliner brush into the product, picking up a small amount .
• Starting from the middle of the eyelid, create a line extending towards the outer corner, following the lash line .
• Go back to the inner corner with the remaining product on the brush and line to connect back to the middle .
• Build up the liner to your desired shape and thickness .
• For a smoky effect, apply with a smudge brush, particularly underneath the waterline, and blend before the product sets
