How to Use:

• Twist up the pencil slightly before use.

• Start at the inner corner of the eye and draw a thin line along the upper lash line.

• Build thickness gradually for a bolder look.

• For lower lash line, apply gently and connect to the outer corner.

• Smudge immediately with a brush or fingertip for a smoky effect, if desired.

• Allow a few seconds to set.

• Remove with your favorite makeup remover or cleansing oil.
