Marine Collagen Vitamin C Face Toner

How to Use:

• After cleansing, pour an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or palms.

• Gently pat and press the toner onto the face and neck until fully absorbed.

• Follow with serum and moisturizer.

• Use morning and/or evening.
